Your privacy is important. Below sets out how your privacy and personal information is managed and protected, and outlines copyright permissions. It applies to all people who access this website. 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO YOU COLLECT?
The following information may be collected:
• Personal data you provide, for example, your name, job title and contact details including email address.
• Other information about you or your business that you disclose.

WHY IS MY DATA COLLECTED?
Collected information helps me understand your needs and provide you with a better response or service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• I may use the information to improve my services.
• I may periodically send emails about new exhibitions, artworks, events or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

HOW LONG IS MY DATA KEPT FOR?
Nothing is kept indefinitely. Your personal data is kept under review.
• Correspondence: I periodically delete contacts and associated emails.
• News updates: Emails are stored in my dedicated MailChimp account. If the email is not verified for use within one month of it being received by MailChimp I delete it. You may unsubscribe from this online newsletter at anytime.
• Personal data and business correspondence in relation to all business contracts involving payment is retained for a minimum of five years after the end of the tax year in line with Australian Tax Office policy.

HOW IS MY DATA STORED?
Your personal data is stored in a number of ways:
• In paper files stored securely;
• In software systems which are managed on my computer hardware or on webware provided by a third party supplier.
• If you register to receive news updates, your information will be held on a secure server and the data will be shared with MailChimp only for automated processing of news.

SECURITY
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online. Your data cannot be accessed by third parties other than those providing services as identified below.

COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer by a web server when you access a website. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. You can choose if and how a cookie will be accepted by configuring your preferences and options in your web browser. For example, you can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or to reject cookies. As at 2021, this website does not use cookies.
